This Data Processing Addendum is provided by SOFTIQA YAZILIM EĞİTİM VE İNSAN KAYNAKLARI HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ for AgentGate Labs customers.
Roles
For personal data contained in customer-controlled workspace content, the customer is the controller or business and SOFTIQA acts as processor or service provider. For account, billing, security and operational data, SOFTIQA may act as an independent controller where permitted by law.
Processing instructions
SOFTIQA processes customer personal data to provide, secure, monitor, support, bill and improve AgentGate Labs according to the agreement, product configuration and lawful customer instructions.
Security
SOFTIQA uses administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect customer data, including access controls, audit logging, encrypted transport, least-privilege operations, backup controls and incident response processes.
Subprocessors
SOFTIQA may use subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, support, logging, security, accounting and payment operations. Subprocessors must be bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations appropriate to their role.
Deletion and return
Upon termination, customer data will be deleted or returned according to product functionality, retention settings and legal obligations. Backup, billing, security and audit logs may persist for limited periods where required for legal, security or operational reasons.
