Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Billing
Self-serve Team plans are charged in the amount and currency shown at checkout. The billing period, included limits, material features and taxes are displayed before payment. Paid access begins after successful provider confirmation. Additional MCP server add-ons are billed per server per month on the same subscription; Paddle prorates increases and decreases from the date of the change.
Payment security
Card payments are processed by Paddle hosted payment infrastructure using secure payment flows where applicable. AgentGate Labs does not store card numbers, CVV codes or authentication credentials.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove access already paid for during the active billing period, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable after the digital service period begins, except where required by mandatory law, where a duplicate charge occurred, where a material billing error occurred, or where SOFTIQA approves a refund in writing.
Consumer cooling-off rights
If mandatory consumer law applies to your purchase, including certain EEA, UK or Türkiye distance-sales rules, you may have a statutory cooling-off right. Digital service access may begin immediately after purchase when you request immediate performance, and refund rights may be limited after the service is used, to the extent permitted by law.
Failed payments
If payment fails, is cancelled, is reversed or is not confirmed by the payment provider, access may be downgraded, limited or suspended until payment is resolved.
