Service

AgentGate Labs is a hosted software-as-a-service product that provides runtime authorization, approval, audit and policy controls for AI agents, MCP servers and autonomous tool calls. The service is provided by SOFTIQA under the AgentGate Labs brand and is designed primarily for business and professional use.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and ensure that workspace users, agents and integrations are authorized. If you create or administer a workspace for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use AgentGate Labs to violate laws, third-party rights, sanctions, export controls or security policies.
• Do not bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, probe non-public systems or enable harmful automated activity.
• Do not submit payment card data, passwords, private keys or regulated personal data unless your plan and written agreement expressly allow that processing.
• Do not rely on AgentGate Labs as your only security control for production systems without your own risk assessment and layered controls.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data, policy content, tool metadata, audit records and configuration submitted to the service. SOFTIQA uses customer data to provide, secure, support, bill and improve AgentGate Labs, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.

AI and security limitations

AgentGate Labs reduces the blast radius of AI agent tool use, but it does not guarantee that all prompt injection, policy errors, upstream compromise, configuration mistakes or operator actions will be prevented. Customers remain responsible for identity, access, secrets, endpoint, logging, backup and incident response controls.

Paid plans

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Fees, taxes, included limits and material plan features are shown before purchase. The Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Pre-Contract Information are incorporated into these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection laws in another jurisdiction apply. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. SOFTIQA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or business interruption except where liability cannot legally be limited.
