Data controller

SOFTIQA YAZILIM EĞİTİM VE İNSAN KAYNAKLARI HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ acts as the data controller for account, billing, website, marketing, security and operational personal data processed for AgentGate Labs. For customer-controlled workspace content, SOFTIQA may act as processor or service provider under the customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

Data we collect

• Account data such as name, email address, organization, authentication events and workspace membership.
• Billing data needed for purchases, invoices, accounting, tax records, fraud prevention and support. Payment card details are processed by Paddle or another payment provider and are not stored by AgentGate Labs.
• Service data such as agents, MCP server metadata, tool names, policy decisions, approval records, audit events, usage limits, diagnostics and support correspondence.
• Website and product telemetry such as pages viewed, device/browser information, IP-derived region, security logs, cookies and consent preferences.

Purposes and legal bases

• Provide, operate and secure the service under contract performance and legitimate interests.
• Process payments, invoices, tax records, subscriptions, refunds and fraud checks under contract and legal obligations.
• Maintain audit records, enforce policy decisions, investigate abuse and protect SOFTIQA, customers and third parties under legitimate interests and legal obligations.
• Send service, security, billing and support communications under contract performance.
• Send marketing communications only where permitted by law and, where required, with separate consent.

Sharing and international transfers

Personal data may be shared with hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, payment, logging, security, accounting and support providers; business partners where needed to provide the service; and competent public authorities where legally required. Because AgentGate Labs is a global SaaS product, data may be processed outside your country. Where required, SOFTIQA uses appropriate transfer safeguards or explicit consent mechanisms.

Retention and rights

SOFTIQA keeps personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Where no shorter legal period applies, records may be retained for applicable limitation periods. Depending on your location, including under KVKK Article 11 where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about transfers by emailing [email protected].
